Default Don't know which one to pick to do???

Hey guys, I have a 01 Bonneville Se that I first want to say will not be sold, I'm keeping till it dies. But its silver right now. I've been trying to find a passenger side rear door, and so far can't find. But when I do find one, I am planning on getting the car painting wheather or not it is silver or purple. But what I don't know is if I should keep it silver or not.

And I have 3 choices on what I like but don't know what one to pick. Please give me your input on what you would do.

1. Silver, tint windows, chrome rims

2. Silver, tint windows, GXP rims

3. Black, tint windows, chrome rims

4. Black with silver trim, tint windows, chrome rims

Now the car will also have clear corners front and back, and the chrome rims will be the exact king loong4 has on his black bonny.

Thanks for looking and helping me decide

Black vs. silver paint on an already silver car...choice will depend on alot of things, like:

How much are you willing to spend on the paint job?

How much time and money do you put into upkeep/appearance?

How do you store/park the car (garage vs. apt parking lot, etc.), and will your paint get alot of "environmental" abuse (i.e., road rocks, bad weather, you are a college student, etc.)?

What'* your interior?

Most importantly, which do YOU want?

MOST importantly, do you know how much more expensive it is to have your door jambs and sills repainted? Color changes are EXPENSIVE.

Yea I know how much it all cost, and I clean it as much as possible, its park outside on driveway, and it doesn't get hit by much.

I will go with choice one, most garages don't charge extra to paint the car a different color , however, that does not include painting inside the doors and the trunk and stuff, and that just looks tacky with the outside being black but interior still silver which is where it starts getting expensive. Also plain chrome wheels of your choice are better than getting GXP wheels, because getting GXP wheels IMO would just be imitating something your car (SE) is not. Plus there are so many nice rims out there to choose from, why get factory GXP stocks that you will see on actual GXPs.But as others have said, it'* your car and the ultimate choice is yours

I was talking about the interior of the doors, trunk, and hood, basically parts of the car that will still be silver colored if you simply just have them paint the car black, personally that would bother me, I considered painting my car black or red, but I thought about that which is why I will be repainting it blue just so everything matches back up.

Oh ok, I thought you meant the interior at first.

And yea I like those GXP rims alot. But those other chrome ones are nice too.

Anyone know any other good rims out there?
