Default Paint

I have been thinking about getting my car painted, as the current paint is pretty scratched, chipped, etc.

I have no idea how much it costs, on average, to get a Bonneville painted (couldn't find any figures using the search feature). I was just wondering if you guys could give me some ballpark figures for a quality paint job. This may or may not crush my idea for a new paint job, haha.

If a entire paint job turns out to be too spendy, I'll just have to see about getting the problem areas fixed.

Here'* one of the biggest problem areas:

This same thing is on both sides of the hood.

Thanks guys for any info!
