Default car paint -> shiney, bumpers -> dull

So i just washed the car and dried it. It pretty obvious that the factory clear coat is still amazing, but my bumpers arent as great. Anyone else'* bonne suffering this problem? Do i need to try polish on the bumpers? Apply a layer of clear coat? Any ideas are welcome

(the car is not wet, shes fully dried)

I would try a Scratch X in a an out of the way place on the bumper to see if that helps.

Do you have access to a random orbital buffer?

I would start with Meg'* 83, available at some independant auto parts stores or on line. Here is the link to the Megs site.

I would apply with an orange or yellow pad using the ROB.
