the only thing I question is how thick and the quality of the material. Cheap material will yellow from UV quickly and look like crap. And if it is too thin then rocks will just chew it to crap.

3M warrants Scotchgard Paint Protection Film will be free of defects in materials and manufacture--
including yellowing, bubbling, or cracking--for five (5) years from date of purchase.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accident, misapplication, or ordinary wear, nor does it apply to dents caused by physical impact of rocks or road debris.

Yeah, I'm totally open to other options, but this is the only one I could see online pricing for. I'd like the idea of the 3m stuff, though, too.
