Rich..not being sure of how messed up they are, many have found that tossing them into a front loader washing machine does wonders for cleaning them up.

You might try the dealer, parts a usually available for 10 years, but it'* gonna cost ya
or have the dealer look up the part # and then order them from GMPartsDirect.

floor mats
I got a 2000 SSEi . No dealer stocked them for that model. But any model 2000 and up are the same. I ordered them for a 2004 and they fit just fine. They are rare on E-Bay. New they cost about $60.00 at the dealer.
