scratches everywherrreeee...
know how i can fix this? its on the plastic bumper.... will touch up paint come out crappy?

If you want it to look as good as new you will have to take it to a shop.
YOu could try a bit of rubbing compound and lightly work the area? Thats too big an area for touch up paint.

use dishsoap first, then rubbing compound maybe followed by swirl remover. If u wanted to get creative id suggest a nice wax after..my park avenue had that on the paint its self.

That looks like it is down to the primer. I don't think any polish or compound would help.
Don't laugh but maybe try a black Sharpie marker to fill in some of the scratches?? Thats worth a try before spending $300 to get the bumper repainted.
