WOW. I haven't seen this thread in a while

Nasty rust almost as bad as my rust holes in the same places! but OUTSTANDING pics to document the process. you do some amazing work man, outstanding. keep those pics comin.

3M panel bond, that stuff is as strong as any weld when putting two panels together, and its got some anti-corrotion propertys to it aswell

its not the "perfect" fix (perfect would be to remove the rusted panels at there seames and replace with new ones) But this is a damn good subtitute
