I have a 2006 Impala SS and the rims are starting to oxidize from our winters. How can I save them? Thanks

I had the same on my 2003 impala. Media blast the wheels. I bought a soda blaster from Harbor Freight Tools ,did it with the tires on. I just bought one of their tire changers will install /mount my new tires in the spring. In case you are wondering I have a tire balancer the static type.

This would be best and easiest way to save those wheels. Or anodize, powder coating it will surely be better and durable.
