is that condensation or a rub? if it condesation take the headlight off take the bulbs out and blow air into it from a compressor then silicone around the lense
if it'* a rub the the headlight restore should work i use meguires plastic polish on mine with a high speed buffer.

Bulbs
One of my bulbs blew out and I'm trying to find out which one it is and where I can find a cheap replacement? I think its the headlight one tho.

your high beam is a 9005 and the low is a 9006 generally $10 a bulb unless u get the silverstars then about $40 for a pair or $22 a piece at autozone
