Default Quick Rad/overflow Question

I just bought an '01 Impala and was cleaning it up. Decided to clean the coolant overflow reservoir. After putting the tank back on, there is air trapped in the hose and side of the tank. Will the air work its way out? Just want to make sure i don't wreck anything.
