How to: Alternator installation
I think my alt is going out but I have never replaced one ever, just wondering if you guys know of a how to guide for replacing it? If any of you have ever done it on this car, is it a pretty straight forward thing or something better left to the pro'*? I am mechanically inclined, just have no experience with this.

pretty strait forward, pay attention to the belt routing and remove the belt, take the bolts out of it and the electrical connection off, reverse for installation. i like to rough up the big wire and put some dielectric grease on so it wont corrode and dont popeye it they spin inside easy.
