Default Need help PLEASE!!

Ok so my front wipers stopped working. Thought it was the motor, before I got another one I wanted to verify that was the problem. Well it seems it is not the motor because I unhooked the arm(*) from the motor and then turned on the wipers and the motor works fine. The thing (not sure what its called) that is on top of the motor that makes the arms move works fine when disconnected. The arm on the drivers side moves freely by hand but the passenger side arm will not budge an inch. What can I do to correct this. Should I attempt to remove the arm? or is it something thats behind the motor underneath the arm that has seized. I am not the most mechanical person but have no choice as I am broke! Thanks for any help anybody can provide!!!
P.* Its raining!!!

please post make year model and trim when asking a question so people can give you a more relevant answer. or even better fill out your sig and it will always be there.

as far as the wipers some cars have a little hub there that can seize it sounds something like that.

You should remove the arms to see what the problem is, but we need to know what kind of car you have to tell you how to do that.

I removed the passenger side arm. It'* completely seized. For now just to have one working wiper, I disconnected the passenger side wiper. It seems that it is all one part from passenger side all the way to the driver side and that If I replace anything the whole assembly has to be replaced. I've used WD-40 hoping that would weaken the rust or something but it is stuck!!!!!
