Is it a leak or just dirt...??
Have an 06 Impala LTZ 3.9L and a hose next to the refrigerant lines looks very dark (like it'* covered in tar) It'* in front of the driver side just behind the radiator fan. Here'* some pictures.

Yup, just replace the lines. You may need 1-2 quarts of Dex 6 afterward, and changing these lines can be somewhat messy unless you have it up on a lift.
IMO, this is one of those jobs I recommend having a shop do. The lines have quick disconnects on them and require special tools to pop them out. Or if done using a small screwdriver, the clips become Jesus clips.

THIS CARS BEEN NOTHING BUT HEADACHES! only has 60k miles but the ac compressor is dead, leaking from tranny lines, battery dies randomly, blowing fuses...How much would replacing those leaking run typically...?

That depends on where you go, what parts they get, how much of a markup they charge and the shop labor rate is.
You could call around and SPECIFICALLY ask them by the BOOK what the shop charge would be.
