Have you done any of this yet?

We already know the engine is getting air, maybe getting fuel, but you do hear the pump prime, but are you getting spark and fuel into the cylinders?

One way to test the fuel/spark is to remove the intake duct off the throttle body and squirt a tad bit of carb cleaner into the intake while the engine is being cranked over. If it attempts to run, you now know you have spark. Now you need to find out why you are not getting fuel into the cylinders.

Hey Mike, I know its Been Months.. But I got a chance to do what You said spraying throttle body cleaner while cranking And what I got instead was a large ball of smoke and I couldn't even make out where it came from.. So that didn't work, car didn't even try to start. And after I towed the car to a quick neighborhood, I could hear the fuel pump prime, When Under the Hood I could hear the fuel coming up the fuel rails, so I know I'm getting fuel delivered to the injectors (And the cylinders?). I even changed My spark plugs & wires to see if they might be the culprit, but all to no avail. Car still cranks and Wont start. It must be something else going on.
So what other options do I have, besides trashing the car? (Which I'd really hate)

Can't I Just hook up a computer to the car via the OBDII and find out whats going on???

You kinda need to find out where this ball of smoke came from and what it smells like.

How exactly can I find that Out?
That'* Kinda Hard to do, At least for Me.. I Mean the Whole Bay was covered with Smoke, Its almost impossible to discern exactly what are it came from. This is the 2nd smoke its puffed, the 1st one was from behind the engine - I have a feeling its My Oil Pressure sensor that went toast. But the 2nd one was more around the intake plenum area, But the particular spot, Its unclear to Me. But I also think its because it didn't like the stuff I was Spraying through the Intake... ?

What were you spraying through the intake to try to see if it would run?
Carb Cleaner is a little safer to use, I'd not use starter fluid, or gas.

Ahh, that is fine then, maybe too much of it built up before it ignited.
Carb cleaner is what I meant to say, that is what I get for posting after I have been up all night..

So before you did anything it ran fine?
All most sounds like a total plug up exhaust system now.

and........"WHY" were you doing a compression test in the first place?

Have you checked fuel pressure with a gage, checked for spark, checked for injector pulse, like Mike asked?

Have you scanned for codes?

Tried starting vehicle with MAF disconnected?

Check for fuel in vac line to fuel pressure regulator?

Quick Reply: Failed Engine/Cyl Compression Test??, Unplugged Fuses & Impala.... :(
