Default Engine light on, Tc light on, No Shift

I have a 2006 Chevy Malibu Maxx SS 3900V6 104k miles its a 1 owner car has had every scheduled routine maintenance and fluid changes , its been in no collision accidents and has 104k miles. its drove fine no problems. pulled into sonic while parked and idling I noticed the t/c light on I pushed it and it would not engage. Turned the vehicle off waited 10 seconds and restarted the vehicle seconds later the engine light came on. So I decided to drive it home and check it out. Put it in reverse and backed out fine and normal put it in drive and it had low power like limp mode and would mot shift as well as my speedometer wasnt working. I got home checked through all fuses replaced all of them front middle and hatch. The car is immaculant everything nicley wrapped clean no damaged wires. So I had a DTC done only code was lost communication with TCM. Checked wires again the sensors and harness all of them were fine. So I removed battery cables and tried a reset. In the morning I remounted the battery amd restarted the car lights came back on same problem but now as well the odometer says error where the mileage should be. All other gauges work, bulbs and all. I drove it around again drives fine no noises or problems other than limp mode. I have tried to drive it manually using the DSC Same thing, also noticed that it shows no display on odometer still reads error. I have replaced Speed sensor on the Transmission found behind the motor on the housing of the transmission. The transmission fluid is the perfect level, all fluids are good and fresh. Tires are correct pressure. Drove it again to have another DTC again no noises jerks or nothing runs smooth just just doesnt shift, speedometer doesnt work and odometer says error. DTC said same code Lost communication with the TCM. I really think iits a simple fix and do not want to have to put a new Transmission pressure sensor in the rest of the transmission due to its inside the transmission and reguires alot of work dropping the transmission and engine enough to reach the panel on the Transmission and changing rhe fluid again. Its It'* clean and new I dont think it that ive had no other driving problems. I even checked the t/c button and wiring to rhe fuse box its clean and looks solid. I even checked if it worked notice when I start the vehicle I can turn it on and off by tapping it for a second before the warning lights return. Also during this time my odometer will show the mileage then say error. Is there any clues as to what to check to fix this any other way. Or try other possibilities before having to resort to 12 hours to change a 35$ sensor and waisting the good transmission fluid that is already has. Could it be the data cable on that runs the mechanical linkage on the Transmission causing ALL of these problems. Or could it be any of the wheel sensors? Ive checked the abs fuse removing it pulls up the warning light disabling it. Replaced fuse and light abs light went away. Ive heard that one of the wires from the shifter that runs under the console that controls the DCS can break or come loose. Could it cause it. Please let me know if it could be one of these or if a different possibility. Again the car runs smoothe and has had no problems. This is the first time its had an issue. The Driver info panel works fine although when I reset the vehicle it hasnt registered any info for mpg or est. miles trip a or b theyre blank oil life is at 82% and clean oil filter too just had it done at firesone when it was requested. The car doesnt overheat, ac works great cd player and climate control are fine. The only thing that doesnt work is the rear wiper it hums when you turn it on but doesnt move. Defrost front and rear good, heaters great. The parking break works and light for it works on/off like it should. Sunroof/power windows all fine. The automatic driver seat controls work but I noticed when Ieaned it all back at angle it tilts to the right and is kind of lopsided leaning towards the middle console but I don't drive like that so I never noticed. Accessory outlets work but sometime and not very often like once or twice a mnth I notice sometimes when ive used it stops working so I unplug it and itll work for a second and then not. My phone jack would be hot so I just stop using it for awhile. Ive checked the fuses and theyre good I noticed it does it on both power outletts the one in the console will do it sometimes too. Outlet in the trunk does not work at all and neither does the light by it. Ive checked the fuse and its good idk what but I never use it. Just trying to deduct and give you as much information that I can. Please get back to me if you have any ideas based on info and if you need any more. Forgot to mention it had a O2 sensor Code I cleared it the 1st DTC and it never returned, Also I think the other code was p0101 Lost communication with TCM

P0101 refers to the MAF.....

Whenever you have a communication problem with a module, you have to verify three things: power, ground, and the data line....if all three are ok, it'* the module....

If you have to ask that, you may be in a little over your head here......

The modules in your vehicle communicate via the GMLAN hi speed data lines......

There is also a class II data line......

If a GMLAN line is shorted or open, the line goes "down", so to speak, and the modules can no longer communicate with each other, for example, your IPC is not communicating with the Transmission module, and thus the PRNDL is blank in the display......

To diagnose this, you need a scan tool, like a Tech II, and data wiring diagrams of the modules.....you have to be proficient in reading wiring diagrams also, and proper testing techniques.....
