Post Cooling fan 2002 Monte Carlo ss

I replaced both fans and after your driving for awhile it will start to overheat and blow the a/c fuse. Now not the a/c fan that works but the other one won't turn. Any suggestions on what the problem is..

Does it spin freely if you turn it by hand? If so, disconnect the connector from that fan and attempt to blow the fuse again.

Then its seized internally or something is keeping it from spinning.

Because the fan is seized causing an electrical overload. Just to verify it is blowing fuses because of that fan, you can disconnect the electrical connector from it and retest doing a drive.
