2005 impala keeps dieing if not on gas!! please HELP ASAP
2005 impala keeps dieing..how it all started first time it started acting up we would start it and it would die and we would just restart it. Or we would go to start it and just keep cranking till it started......
Now we start it and it sputters and dies and won't stay on unless we have a foot on the gas, we can change gears real quick but have to press the gas asap, at stops we put in N and have a foot on break n one on gas then switch back to drive. On the highway it drives fine and when we get off and at a stop light it seems fine to but if we go to a food drive through and let it idle to long with no gas dies again!
We put code reader on it came back with this.
P0036 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0137 Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)
And again P0137
What could be the problem????

X2. do not use carb cleaner, or submerge it in anything. it will fry the sensor. they are relatively cheap at around $30 if cleaning it does not work, i would replace it.

X2 on what Tate? It'* perfectly fine to use carb cleaner on the IAC pintle, and its not going to fry anything even if it does get a little wet. It'* only an electromagnet. I've taken them apart before.

If you have some MAF cleaner it would not hurt to clean your MAF as well, I recommend only using MAF cleaner, something like CRC MAF Cleaner works well.
I recommend cleaning the MAF'* thermistors every time you replace your air filter.
