09 impala sets codes p0106 & p0641
when the cooling fans come on ,the check engine and the traction lights come on and power reduce massage and servise the throttle will flash and set the codes p0106 and p0641 . when this happens the map sensor reads 126 kpa , the fuel presser sensor reads -12.25 in of vac. and is comanded to vent

Sounds like your charging system is having hard time keeping up when the fans turn on. What is your voltage when the fans turn on?
