Bent wheel just means bent wheel, rare but it can happen...

The wheel is what the tire is mounted to. If you struck the front right corner on a barricade you might have bent the wheel.

Actually, the two front wheels were basically torn apart. I did replace since they were basically unusable.

There are only three things I can think of that would cause a car to rock back and forth when braking. Warped rotor, bent wheel or something drastically loose in the front end. Does the car pull to one direction when driving straight ahead on a flat surface?

Well, since I did change the tie rods and wheel bearings, I do need to get it aligned. However, it does sitter towards the left when I let go of the wheel..

Don't drive long without an alignment, it does not take long to ruin tires with the wheels out of alignment.
Being out of alignment will cause it to pull one way or the other when you let go of the steering wheel.

You're right, I will get it aligned. However, it was pulling to the right before all this happened. Car has only 60k miles and not sure if the suspension or parts on the 9C1 Interceptors are any different base models
