At what speeds are you going when you brake and the shaking back and forth is happening?
Only when slowly stopping at a red-light, or also when braking at higher speeds?

Sounds like brakes are worn, and rotors may be warped, replacing the brake pads, and resurfacing or replacing the brake rotors if necessary would be the fix for that.
Wait for some others to chime in though, I am sick and not 100% here atm, lol

Usually around 20Mph when coming to a complete stop at a light. Car squeaks as I apply the breaks firmer and wobbles back and forth. Breaks are couple of months old. Could it be come plastic parts (water shield) underneath the car? It sort of scares me a little because it feels almost like the breaks will give out or my tires will come off lol

It almost sounds like it is coming from the the front body of the car. Breaks don't squeak and I replaced the couple of months back. I did notice my hub bearing is causing my wheel to wobble. Can it be the hub bearing causing this weird squeaky noise that gets slower and slower the more the car decelerate

If you have a known issue (bad bearing), fix it. Then you will know if it is causing the weird squeaky noise or not.

I will be fixing it once I get the part next week. Sound is coming from the front not the sides (wheels) almost like something rusted and is making squeaky noise when the car comes to a slow stop

Alright, fixed the hub bearing. The weird clunky and creaky noises is still present! Any ideas where this can come from? I brake, and the car rocks back and forth, I ear this clunky noise (almost like a rusty door when you open it) It'* really freaking me out lol

Possible stabilizer bar bushings....lube them....

Check lower control arm bushings.......see if you can recreate noise by pushing down on the front end repeatedly.....

Huh, I did actually replace the passenger side lower control arm along with cv axle. I think something might've rusted so I'll do what you said and push on the car. What do you think about the car rocking back and forth when I break? Almost feels like the wheel are warp

Can a worn out tie rod cause creaky noises when slowly breaking to a stop? I did replace the passenger side tie rode.

I could not duplicate the creaky/squeaky noise when pushed down on the car. Only happens when I am breaking and slowly coming to a stop!
