Still no word back from the dealer.. when the car came to my shop, the customer says it just died in the road while sitting at a red light. so they hauled it to me. after checking the quick things first.. scan for codes, check fuel press., changed the plugs, cause they looked terrible, changed fuel filter, air filter.. it was terrible too, still no start. so i took a guess and changed the coolant temp sensor... nothing. so i thought I wander if it is actually not spraying injectors..? thats when i sprayed a shot of ether in the hose to see if it would fire. Yes. ran fine til i shut the key off. My last ditch effort was try a crank pos sensor. nothing. thats when i decided to take it to the dealer. I have some connections there, and felt like it would get sorted out rather quickly. evidently, it must be giving them a fit too. I feel sorry for the customer that owns the car.

Update!! well sorta.. Dealer called me today. The Mechanic had ordered a new PCM.. when it arrived he installed and programmed the new computer, car wouldnt start. so he removed the PCM plugged the old one back in, and the car starts and runs fine. so, now he is uncertain if maybe he got a bad pcm. he is ordering another one.

You don't just plug in PCM'*.....you have to correctly program them, first...

could be an intermittent connection with the pcm plugs or wires
