Default 2008 'Lade ESV Electrical Problems

Hey all, first time here in the forums and unfortunately it'* for a problem that I can't figure out. Just recently my Escalade has been acting strange. While driving the display panel will shut-off and immediately come back on. The time is constantly wrong. Kids can't watch a dvd...constantly turning on and off. When I turn off the car the music use to play until I open the door and now it doesn't. Coming home this evening it completely died no power steering, nothing. Had to come to a stop and restart the car. I had the battery checked at Auto Zone and it was fine. I asked him to hook up to see if there was an error code but he said he couldn't since the Check Engine Light wasn't on. Has anyone experienced any of this? Could it be the alternator? Thanks ahead for any help!

How are the ends of the battery cables? Could be a corrosion issue.

I wonder if your battery is on its way out? 4 + years old.

I have the same problem with my 07 Escalade ESV. The Nav screen will do dark along with the dash lights and the lock actuators will click. I think it'* the power to the computer that'* the problem.
