Exclamation Code 32 1992 Seville STS

My car had been running great for a couple years. The other day the car died. I thought I had corrosion on my terminals. So I cleaned them. The car would start then die. I thought fuel filter, but after a couple tries I got the car going. Put it in gear and died again. I checked the codes and only had a code 32. At the time, it reminded me of a MAP sensor problem. I unhooked it and the car ran, but poorly. I went got my MAP sensor tested and it failed. So I got a new one and cleared the codes, but I still have the same problem. The car runs rich and stumbles and bucks around 1100 to 1450 RPMs. My gas mileage is now cut in half. I unhooked the EGR valve and that didn't have any effects. I unhooked the EGR solenoid and the car ran fine. So I went and got a new EGR solenoid and still have the same problem.

I thought about putting a new EGR valve on, but not sure if that will fix it. I already cleaned my throttle body. The cat. has already been hollowed out. Before I came inside, I tried running the car with the EGR solenoid unhooked. Now the ICM is clicking and whining, also idles high and started to climb. EGR solenoid does have vacuum at idle, when plugged in.

I'm running out of ideas. 1992 Cadillac Seville STS 4.9L V8

I don't mean ICM. I meant Idle Speed Control Actuator was clicking and whining.

I broke the connector for the idle speed controller. I tried driving with it unhooked and my transmission wouldn't shift out of 1st gear. So I'm going to go buy a new connector and idle speed controller. Also replace the EGR valve. I also now have a code 22, but that'* for a TPS.

I started to change the ISC. I figure I would look at the TPS and I guess it exploded. Half of the case is gone and the winding inside is sticking out. Now, I have to try and find a TPS for it.
