Default RL Window and lock don't work. What should I check?

Hi all,
So for a while our left-rear door has been having some electrical problems. For a while the window wouldn't roll down, and when you would press the down button the door would unlock. Now the lock won't lock or unlock unless you push it manually. So, I was looking through the Chilton manual and it looks like I should check the C351 connector? Which wires should I check? Thanks!

the manual says power for the window is from the dk blue wire at the rear switch. if it works with the driver control and not the rear control for the windows check for that. the locks, the signal from the switches goes to the bcm and the bcm controls the locks so check the actuator at the door for power when you hit the switch if it has it the actuator is bad if not might be the switch is not sending the signal to the bcm

Okay, I'll do that. The window does not operate regardless of what switch is used to operate it.
