So, I am looking around to find a full kit that includes the Compressor, Receiver and Expansion valve. Never done A/C work before but I've changed water pumps and understand how a belt tensioner works.

Before I drop the cash, how simple of a job is this?

Already planning to take the vehicle to a shop to have them flush the system prior to replacing the compressor (and remove the refrigerant) and having a shop recharge the system once I'm done.

I am putting money into this car once again, I just can't take the FL heat, yet I can't afford a better car. Why the hell not?

Once this is complete I can put off replacing the (3) I repeat THREE window regulators that need to be replaced. I have 2 windows at this time that will roll down for me but its just not enough cool!
