Default 97 Regal GS Service Vehicle Soon AntiLock and Trac off light

While driving home from work in Cadillac tonight I got on the expressway and my Service Vehicle Soon, AntiLock and Trac Off lights in my 1997 Buick Regal GS all activated at the same time. I did not push the button to turn off the traction control. It did not do it while driving around town, and I shut it down when I got home and restarted it and they stayed off. I'm thoroughly confused at this point.

Check your wheel speed sensors. Dis-connect and re-connect the plugs at each sensor. Being that the system reset upon restarting the vehicle you may just have a bad connection at one of the sensors.

Why bother? Likelyhood of it being a dirty connection is remote. Most of the time, its the wheel speed sensor itself. Or, we could just refrain from guessing all day long and just tell him to go get the vehicle scanned for codes and come back here and post them.

Being that it cleared upon restarting is why I suggested a bad connection. I had an Olds 88 that exhibited the same symptoms and I got lucky with the connector at the front passenger side WSS. Rather than go out and purchase a sensor why not start with the simple stuff first.

Just as an added piece of information, it does not trip the lights until I am traveling at a speed of 50 miles per hour.

Agree....all those lights are likely caused by an ABS code......more often than not, it'* a wheel speed sensor, or harness, or both....
