To much raw gas will dissolve the charcole. That will then turn to a rock, no vapor flow. If you can find a salvage yard canister that should save you a lot.

do you think if I took it off and tried to blow air thru would know for sure IF thats the problem ?

I just removed the cannister, seems free, I could blow air with my mouth thru all the openings and thru all the hoses. Now what ????

Start your engine and see if you have vacuum. Then connect the canister and see if there'* vacuum. Keep moving back to the tank.

so just disconnect one lin and check ? which one there are 3

One small one heads up front

So this should be pulling vaccum all ths time ?? That doesnt make sense
