Replacing heater hoses on 2004 Lesabre
Hi, I have an 04 Lesabre that is on it'* original coolant. Needs new coolant and hoses. The heater hoses look impossible to get at where they connect to the firewall. How will I get to those?
Thanks

I did the hoses on my neighbors Lesabre a few months ago. It wasn't too bad, I used a razor blade to slice the hose long ways after I got the spring clamps out of the way. By cutting the hoses it won't take too much pressure to pull them away from the heater core so you don't damage it.

I do have that tool but it was at work so I used a pair of pliers. I stood on the passenger side and kind of layed a cross the engine bay and snuck my arm in there. I do know you need to take one off before the other.
