Unhappy Post Intake/Plenum Check Engine Light

Ok so I cranked her over and all seems fine. The engine idle was high but settled out after running a few minutes. Then there was a period of rough idle which smoothed out at higher RPM. This is when the check engine light came on. So, how do I check the code? Or do I need to take it to a shop?

I ran it for a 10 minute ride, after running it for 30 minutes. Temps were 195 fairly consistent for an 85 degree day. I cleaned the engine well with Castrol so I could identify if there were any leaks, and so far everything looks great.

The ride was good. It did shift a little hard into 2nd gear once, but otherwise seemed fine. I am wondering if one of the sensors bit the dust when I removed them from the throttle body before I cleaned it.

Advice Please!! Thanks all!

TPS was my first thought, they do fail and exhibit the symptoms you described.
