This ., is called a period....I ran out of breath reading your post....

If the CE light is flashing, that means you have a misfire, and a P0300 should be set......the misfire could be caused by secondary ignition or a lean condition....

Have seen the gasket, between the SC'er plenum and the lower intake, crack.....this can be verified with carb cleaner, by specifically spraying that joint around the plenum, and watching O2 data or by creating a misfire/stumble at idle.....

As for the ABS light, you need a scan tool capable of reading "C" codes....most scanners/code readers can't.....

What scanner are you using to pull codes, and are you able to read live data?

Also, the abs/trac issue isn't due to a broken button. As mentioned, you will need to find out what the ABS code is, and that will likely give you a place to start there.

I used my buddy'* verus scanner snap on it, I don't know the model of the scanner. He won't let me borrow it for live data he said it'* a $ 1500 to a $3000 scan tool, and to be honest I don't blame him. Maybe I can get some time at the shop after hours to use the scanner for live data. So I'm just trying to find the power issues first, also going to rescan for any new codes as well since I'm in there already. I am not worried about the ABS light for right now, it still stops and barely picks up any speed to worry about. I have not checked for vacuum leaks yet, I will check that in a day or two with soap and water and a spray bottle. If I can get to the parts store I will pick up some carb cleaner since I am remote.

If I am honest, I would track down why there is no power before trying to track down vacuum leaks with a spray bottle. I would save this for if the code is still there after you find out why you have no power.

You could go through and check things like fuel pressure under load, ignition system, etc, but if you have a buddy with a $1500 scanner, it may be more beneficial to put him riding shotgun with the scanner to see what is going on. Most mechanical issues will provide you with enough symptoms observable with a scanner to help track it down.

Were all of the parts replaced in an attempt to resolve the primary concern, being no engine power?

If not, it would help to know when specific parts were replaced, and if it was in an attempt to resolve the issue.

I mainly ask because many of these are parts that won't usually cause a loss of power (unless you count a dead engine a power loss).

Also, what specifically was replaced when you did "the basics" and when? You never even mentioned anything of the sort in the original post.

I am mainly trying to get a bit more context on what is where, that'* all. For example, I am nearing 9 years of ownership on my '93 PA. In that time, a fair amount of parts have been replaced, some of which have been replaced an annoying number of times. I could list all of the parts when troubleshooting an issue, but once I put everything in context, most will realize the parts replace have no bearing (and in turn no meaning) to the issue at hand.

I try not to assume, because, well, you know...
