Invountary transmission fluid change
When I first got the Buick with 217,000 I changed out the fluid by disconnecting the transmission cooler line at the radiator (with the quick disconnects) and replacing the fluid. I also dropped the pan and changed the filter. It now has about 228,000 and all is well.
However, about 4 months ago a rubber line under the car popped loose and pumped transmission fluid everywhere. It was connected to a different small external metal transmission cooler. I put on a new hose clamp, filled her up, said a prayer and everything has been working well.
Here is my question - does the Ultra have the internal radiator cooling lines (with the quick disconnects) and an additional stock external transmission cooler or is this external cooler aftermarket? Thanks - I could not find it referenced in the repair manual.

The Ultra usually comes with a stock external cooler, coupled in series with the cooler in the radiator.
Now, whether or not your unit is the stock one I have no idea without pictures...
