Very Good Jason! I have been using spray silicone on my 97 PA on the outer track and it really helps.
It also helps to have a good battery, I just happen to have an Odyssey in the PA!
Unless mine gets real bad. I dont want to take door panel off.
Haven't needed to so far, touch wood.

Nice! That trick should work with power windows in a whole bunch of makes/models. If you re-title your Youtube video, I bet the views will stack up quick.

I think I have some silicone spray around here somewhere, my windows do not stick, but they do not seem to go up and sown as fast as they used to, I may be lazy though and spray what parts of the rubber track I can see, then raise and lower the window, and let it help lube the lower parts, that way I do not have to remove the door panel, it may get on the window a bit, but I can clean that off easily.
Thanks for sharing the video Jason!

no problem guys. figured im already doing it, may as well pull out the phone.
one of these days, im going to make a video with the actual video camera, so it wont be shaky and look like garbage!
on a side note, while at the junk yard i picked up a 3 month old delco battery for this car. when it comes time to sell the old one, i plan to swap my optima yellowtop into this one.

i cant say enough good things about the yellowtop. mine is going on 4 years old now. the first one i had dropped a cell after about a month. still started the car and drove me home on an 8 volt charge. thing still holds 12.8 volts after 4 years. but then its also my daily driver. its never gone more than 3 days without being driven.

As you mentioned, the key to keeping any battery in good shape is using regularly and keeping it charged (without overcharging).
