SO...my 95 lesabre limited has digital HVAC control like the rest. It was blinking on startup, then started to dim all the time and brighten. Replaced the unit with a used one and it was fine for a while as far as dimming, but still flashing. Now the 'new' (used) one is dimming as well....The old one had almost a burn mark on a tiny part of the screen where on of the contacts was. I could only see it once i pulled the controller. I have yet to pull the replacement to see if it looks the same now, but obviously something is messed up pretty good. All of the wiring I have seen thus far is good, I checked a lot of the fuses and they are all good. I have yet to test relays, still wondering if anyone knows what the top right corner group of relays is in a 95 lesabre on passengers side, between hush panel and glove box. I know, there is a sticker, mine is gone.

Read a write up on replacing a few things on the drivers side, but I am not sure if thats the issue. I get the whole hot on one side cold on the other, on passenger side, behind glove box, the lower actuator moves with hear control, upper does not. I replaced the upper with a new one, the gear was cracked in the old. Still, the upper blend door actuator does not work...It is brand new, AC Delco. Going to pull it tomorrow and swap gears from new to old and see if I get something. Now...my cig lighter does not work at all, cleaned it up, not sure whats up. Put in a new cig lighter, its all good, Thought the light was working, but upon hooking it all back up, neither the light or the socket are functioning....So its something having to do with the whole plug for both, and possibly the HVAC controller is related to this? On a (I think) side note, the cruise is popping off, going to check the brake switch, which I would guess is in the cabin near top of pedal attachment?

Question is, are there certain relays to check, blower control issue, grounding issue, do I need to spaz and rip apart everything? Getting sick of throwing parts at it and hoping cuz I really don't know what I am doing, if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Does anyone have pictures or more concrete info on where the major grounds are? so I can start by checking relays and cleaning grounds.
