My plan tomm is to try using 97 fuse block i picked up, see if it helps, if not then try going back to relay area and see if i can find something wrong w/wires there. Meanwhile since all the wires are all in place and hard to see, if those things above wont work, i plan on trying to test w/Ohmns every freaking wire which relates to a lightning, but it will be treaky. any suggestions from reading all that mess above, is highly appreciated! lol

I can pull up diagrams from the individual components back to the fuse/relay block, but not the other way around. And that would be a gruesome task to do considering the number of components being fed from that fuse/relay block.

gruesome task is all i have left to do before i get to a mullet and start braking it in peaces! lol. I am guessing u read all of my huge post i last posted, so u must understand how clueless i am and about to be discouraged. At this point i am just trying to be true to this "Don’t be discouraged, it’* often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock"

Got to a fuse block i bought from junkyard, and realised that its not just a Relay and a Connector on a back that is diff (as mentioned in a huge post above), but that based on a pictures i took of connectors from a junk yard of a car i took this from, its fuse packs (black, white and orange) orange, one that comes from firewall(i call it a control pack, lol) have much less wires in it then what my firewall pack have. If they were just in a diff place, i would of done same thing i did to a white one(light pack), but theres nothign to move around, things are missing on one, and to make things worse so does from a black pack(engine ecu). So i decided not to even put it into a car and connect that block to my packs, i just not sure wtf can happen, not in a mood to blow up or fry . So whats my conclusion for now? NO OFFENCE TO ANY OF U WHO WORKS AT GM, but when you call them for help (they are the mom and dad of that car), all u hear is ummm.. aaa... eee...., Stupid ! how in a hell or why in a hell did she even told me that its identical to mine based on her comp reading!!?? they need to fire their programmer lol. My fault is that i didnt pics of my wiring packs to compare and a book from a car. but beside that, seriously who else do you go to if mom and dad of a car dont know nothing about it!!!!

right now i have my packs hanging there in a car, no block connected to it. i dont know what to think of this stuff. Can anyone help? anyone here? i mean based on a forum info it have a guru nut section or whatever its called, can they chip in? I though of driving to GM dealership w/my blocks and pics of wiring and talk to them in person. figured id go there and ask whos ur best electrical guy? then go up to him, then i though NAAAH, prob all ill end up is loosing gas for driving there, the guy would just stare at me and say some useless , or something i already did that he wouldnt catch me saying it to him. Sorry had to vent

One of my questions i had for u guys was if anyone knows how to open the block appart. Since i didnt hear any right way, i end up doing it myself. Broke one of 3 but learned how to. They are sealed by the 3 chrom threaded inserts in which u screw in bolts from packs. They act like rivets at ends of it from a pack side, they squished so that they wont fall out from the front of it. So i opened one, in hopes that i will open 97 one i got from junk and then relocate and basically prep it to my cars wiring. NO *##T!! lol it looks like a mess.

as far as the fuel relay the newer one has a funky control, you can make it just use the normal without the speed control
