Default ICM, no power in

I have 0 volts on the power into the ICM. Does anyone know where the other end of the 12v wire is? Thx.

I should add I looked at all the fuses I could find that referred to the ignition, PCM and anything that seemed relevant - all good. I'm hoping to something before the PCM. Have an old Haynes manual Buick, Olds, Pontiac full-size front wheel drive. The electrical diagrams don't seem to cover it all. I'll hit a library later that has many manuals for a more complete set of electrical diagrams. I replaced the ICM in October '14 at about 102k. On finding the crank no start, I did the spark test on the towers- no spark. So then checked power to the ICM, no volts. All else works.

Thanks Tech II. I have found the C31 fuse is blowing. Hard to see on the 1st one, but swapping fuses 3x definitely shows blown. I'll be holding off for a day or 2 on further checking. I do have 12v on the hot side of C31.

Regards, Charles

I do have 12v on the hot side of C31. I have used easyauto diagnostics before to do the crank sensor and ICM about 7 months ago. Yesterday I found a crispy plastic duct for the ICM wiring down next to cyl 1 exhaust. That will be next.
