02 Injector clip removal (green clip)
I am a female new to wrenching! Could someone please tell me how to take the electrical connectors off of the injectors so I can move on to Plenum removal? Also if you could tell me how to take the cables off the throttle body...that would also be helpful! Thanks in advance!!

We just did this to my car. A buddy and I used needle nose pliers to remove the clips that hold on the connectors. Also, removing the TB cable'* isn't needed. Remove the TB from the UIM and replace the TB gasket (it'* like $5).

Re the throttle body...I plan to remove it and give it a thorough cleaning, since the tack keeps hunting and the throttle body linkage seems to stick a bit when I pull the throttle. I think it would be a real pain on the car.

I told Yutzy to come in here since he'* the one who removed the clips/connectors when we did my car. I just held them still so I couldn't really see what he was going after. I know it was a metal clip though.
On the TB I just removed it out of the way, then cleaned it from the both sides. Didn't remove the linkage at all.

The clips are a real pain. I used the needle nose pliers to get the one side loose and then the other side came with it after that. Just get on the back of the clip where it bends down 90 degrees and lift that up and off.

With a small mirror I was able to see the underside mechanics of how the clip works! If you pop up the green tab about a quarter inch, it frees up the clip for removal. Once the green clip is popped up, simply take your finger and place it on the under side of the clip and gently pull up. With my small fingers I could feel the clip and move it to the side, but for larger hands if you place gentle pressure up, it pops right off. Thanks for everyone'* responses!!
