Default 1989 buick park ave battery drain

Hi to all , My wife and I just purchased a 1989 buick park ave that is in very good condition. We do know the fuse was pulled on the car that controlled the power seats , power door locks and the trunk lid control. The previous owner said he had a problem with the battery going dead when the car sat for over a day. He took it to his guy who did the work on his cars and he said one of the modules was bad that controlled the auto door locks ,power seats and trunk control. He told the owner at that time just to pull the fuse on the fuse panel on the left of the steering column. After he took out the fuse the battery no longer went dead. Has any one had a problem like this and if so where is the module located ? Thank you Denny and Ida
