Default project thread. (puttin more money in the money pit)

hey all. you can moves this wherever but itss not really buick related so i decided to leave it general. just figured id start a project thread because im doing alot to my car before i go back to tn friday. yesterday i decided to get a banner because there are places in the very top of the windshield that the visors absolutely will not cover and driving for ten hours each way got me annoyed enough to get a $10 banner.

video has foul language because i was disgusted by the state of the garage i was in. just a warning.

anyway. i decided to do an oil change while i had the garage this morning so i did. and i also looked at the brakes. the front ones were reallllly close to being metal/metal. so i changed the brakes, put the car in neutral to make sure they spun ok and my right front wheel bearing is completely gone. had to put a wrench in between the lugs to even turn it. the weird thing is the car still coasted fine and there was no howling the entire trip. im gonna try to get the funds to have my friend that works at midas do it. i know how to do a wheel bearing but i really dont want to tackle it. anywy here is a pic of the new pad next to the old one. im sure there will be many more projects to come.

also, if you guys want, my gf wants me to do some **** to her 02 civic while im there. her door lock fell in the door and her brakes are apparently making noise. sounds like another brake job.and im gonna take her dash apart to change the cabin airfilter. also thinking of polishing out her yellow headlights lol. lemmie know if you want me to add those things to this thread. im not a fan of hondas but it might be something to read if ur bored lol.

moved to it'* proper Mechanical Section. General Chat is for items that affect all platforms and "General Chat". It really helps the GearHeads, others with ownership of same/similar Models, the Forum regarding search bots, and our own internal search engine when we keep things in order. Thanx.
Project threads have a home in their section it is a buick so it belongs here!
