94 and 95 PCM'* are known to be problematic for those years. You probably have a bad one.

If you cannot find a used one to program I know a guy that tunes for a living, he could find one at a decent price, and flash the VIN into it, I know he has the hardware on his bench to do either ODB..

I think I payed a little over 100.00 when I got one programmed and sent to me, not sure what he'd want, but I could ask him, or put you in touch with him, he is reliable and would not do you wrong.

Okay Guys one of my last update and I will probably make a thread since this is no longer a motor swap problem. I have continued to leave the end of the scanner on my OBD connector and still running like a char. only issue is no speedometer which I have found there are two sensors in this car. one by the passenger side axel the other is inside of the transmission.

AutoZone will take my current PCM send it in fix it and reprogram it or whatever send it back for $150. if I can fix my speedometer problem then ill be fine till i save up the rest for this and to try and finish this problem. This CEL has been on since my father and my grandfather have owned this car and no shop or GM mechanic has figured out how to scan this computer according to both of them. the have spent 100s of dollars to get no where. hopefully this will solve this problem once and for all loll

Good luck, let us know how it goes when you get the PCM replaced, or fixed.
