Default 02 PA Post Intake/Plenum replacement

I replaced the Intake/Plenum gaskets, water pump, tensioner, hoses, valve cover gaskets, coolant sensor, fuel pressure regulator, and t-stat. I had to get a junk yard throttle body, cause mine had 3 bolts snap off while trying to remove the sensors. I cranked the car over and it started on the second cranking. I had only a few minutes with the car due to company arriving, however the cars idle was very high. Enough to kind of bang into gear getting it out of the garage. I intend to top off the antifreeze and change the oil tomorrow, but is this high idle normal? I stabbed the gas but it didn't kick down. It has been 2 full weeks from start to finish on the job. Any recommendations on what to look for would be helpful! Thanks

Look for a vacuum leak. Misconnected vac line or broken connection.
