New Engine & Trans Mounts
I think I'm gonna need one or more new mounts, so I'm going to have all of them replaced - not gonna do it myself.
While driving, the trans shifts great - smooth. The problem is a bad jerk when shifting from Park to Reverse or any forward gear - or any of those back to reverse. It seems to be the same with a hot or cold engine.
I'm real light on the accelerator when driving, which doesn't put too much strain on the mounts. I don't hear any clunks from inside the car.

I had two new tires put on today - they went on the rear and the rears were rotated up front. Next comes all the mounts. I'm going to try scheduling that for next weekend, but may be anytime this month.. when I can make time to spend several hours in my dealer'* waiting room (ugh!).
Good thing there'* a shopping center next door and and some good restaurants. I'm setting aside $1000 for this (ouch).
