Think adapter. You'd need two connectors. one from inside a trans and one outside. Then if you wire the change into them your car will see the transmission wiring at the proper pins that it expects to.

Think I follow, I'll take apart the wiring from other transmission and determine differences with what'* installed on transmission installed.

FWIW, I have successfully put a 97 4T60 into a 93 LeSabre. The only things that had to be done was swapping the wiring harness. The 93 needed the 93 harness.
That'* what I was thinking. Actually, you may only have to move some wires around in the connector.

I've done it at firewall connectors for engine swaps, made a control your trans manually box as you suggested (Steve) and 97 to 99 pcm adapter. If we had the pinouts, this one should be pretty easy..there'* only a total of 7 wires there.

I rewired adapter. But i have an electronic issue i think that needs to be resolved before i can verify my wiring.
When i put the key in ignition, turn it to accessory (first click) it turns on radio and lights and everything else just fine. When i press the brake (enable the break switch) the instrument panel lights dim, also occurs if I turn on 4way flashers. When trying to start car (not pressing brake / enabling brake switch) it attempts to turn over but then cuts out right away after engine cranks. This also occurs when i have break switch engaged when starting car but in addition all interior lights dim/freeze/pause and the engine cuts out when cranking. Try to continue cranking and it cuts out, cranks, cuts out, cranks, cuts out...
Battery is good and a jump doesnt seem to help at all.
Could I have a faulty starter? or is my break switch shot? why would this all of a sudden happen, did it fry when the transmission (92) was running? did something else fry?
I noticed this behavior when i was driving my car to oreileys after the first starting issue (which was similar scenario but just randomly started) that turning on blinkers or pressing brake caused my interior lights/radio to pause for a few seconds than operate as normal and than pause again?...
Any thoughts for investigation. I did happen to grab the 92 starter when i initially removed the 92 tranny so ill try swapping, or try shorting the solenoid to see if this gains me anything but in mean time any helps appreciated greatly.
Thanks everyone.

I should also state, the 7 pin connector i rewired may be incorrectly wired but think this can be troubleshooted when car is running to get correct solenoids to actuate when necessary or with volt meter. This car behavior happens both with the 7 pin connector disconnected and connected.
I also returned the 92 ECM i bought and got another 95 ECM to test as i figured might have fried my initial one but same behavior with both PCMs. Are they both bad?
Thanks
Josh

ECBU, Relay, brake switch, ignition switch...? I also checked all fuses and all appear to be good (center electrode connecting both legs all in tact), under dash and in engine compartment.
Another thing to note is that the VATs is bypassed, performed bypass few months back as the ignition cylinder switch was not working so i wired in a resistor matching my keys resistance and all has been good.
