No Adjustment For High Beams?
I did adjust the lows ok but there is no adjuster for highs eh?
With moving the lows up a bit I am afraid the high beam may now disturb the birds in the center of the trees!

Just to verify, both your highbeam and low beam are in a single housing? When you make adjustments using the adjusting screws, this moves the whole headlight assembly. Which moves both high and low beam at the same time.

Sorry ya should have mentioned it is a Park Ave '97 with (both) all in one housing.
I had no idea their design was like this. Unfortunate.

High beams are designed to aim differently than low beams. Shooting the birds is obviously not right either lol.
Normally, headlights are aimed with special tools. It is possible to do it on a flat level surface X number of feet from flat wall. Then you have to make 2 marks X number of feet from the ground on the wall, and X number of feet wide.
Most auto repair centers can aim them for you. Not sure on costs though.

Buick headlights suck for aiming. When I got my car, the lows were pointing down too far, but the highs were okay. I moved them up a little so my lows were good, but then my highs were way too high. My solution was hids and the quad high beam mod so the lows and highs were on at the same time, and I adjusted so they were good both ways.

Mike, Thanks for input. I set the lows on a wall, level surface, at 25 feet no load in trunk full tank of fuel. The lows were way to low (conservative to say the least@ knee height)
At this setting, on road, the lights were not even illuminating licence plates on smaller cars LOL!
Even though the manual mentions not go go above .04 above centre in the bubble, the wall measurements are a general guide and I find my best experience making adjustments on a dark road with parked cars and street signs. I think I raised the lows about about 2.5 inches on wall and found much better on road illumination. I have the passenger side light set just slightly higher that the driver'* side now, & distance curb and overall illumination is much better.
When car'* cross in front of me the lights are almost equal as mentioned, and the beams are in centre of doors as cars cross in front. At that level, the lows will not be blinding, and have no one flashing me their brights.
The high'* however are now quite high so what I am trying to wish for is a missing high beam adjustment. It is not that bad but I am just use to the olds that had 4 independent type lamps with adjustment for all. It is what it is.

Your very welcome sir. I guess GM used a 1 piece design to keep things cost effective and simple, but more grief for us.

This is the one I went by. It'* for a Century. I'm not sure if the colors are different for your wires. You should refer to a wiring diagram for your headlights to be sure.
LEDs aren't great for fog lights. They're bright, but they don't throw light very far.

Thanks for the link Travis! May have to consider that Mod.
Just came off a freeway drive to test current set up, not good.
Lower lighting non existent. Rain and dark pavement in off ramps with no lines no easy to negotiate with low beams. Yeiks!
I think I may be able to fit at 2.5 inches tall these Hellas into air slot in fasia below rad.
