Default 2000 lesabre climate control > HElp pls

Ok I bought the 2000 Lesabre Limited with 25k miles...It is a very nice clean rust free car but I have a couple questions, two of them I asked in the othe post but noone answerd so i will ask again but first this one;
It has auto climate control just like my 99 Park ave but on this one when I put it on "auto" and set the tem down to 60, it doesnt go to the highest fan setting, it goes like 3 or 4 lines up but not to max. And when I turn it up to 90 degs it still doesnt go to high fan but 3 or 4 bars up,

Now my 99 will go to high fan either time and as you chg the setting to close to the inside temp the fan slows down. Is this an issue with the cc or are the 2 systems different ? I thought that eairler today when it was ike 85 outside it did go to high fan when the ac temp was set down to 60....Tonight it is like 68 outside but again my PA still goes to high. ??

2) this car has a cast aluminum base and my PA has a steel base, was this something the 3800 chgd in 2000 for a reason ?

3) this car has 25k miles on it. I see in the service notes that the throttle body bolts were replaced, whats that about ??

4) and last but not least, what should I do about the UIM ?? Should I just drive it and keep an eye on the coolant, which is the red Dexcool ??

Thanks guys
