Actually, the tires on the GXP are W rated which means that they are rated at a top speed of 168 mph. Visit this site http://www.tiresafety.com/size_class/size_nav2a.htm to see a chart on the ratings and read the asteriks' at the bottom for an explanation on a slight change in the designations. Therefore, the GXP does not need a governor and is limited by aerodynamic means.

should a 93 SSE N/A cut off throttle when it hits its governor? Because if it dose my car dose not shut down but it can be felt when governor is reached.

Default From "motivator" 2004 GXP owner

I raced a 2005 Infinity G35 and beat it. I was on the freeway at about 9pm. I floored my Bonny GXP and I did not shift into 4th gear until 131mph. I let off the gas atabout 152mph. The car does way more that 140mph. I was jut getting started. I also raced a Maxima SR and a 1995 Impala SS at the same time on another freeway. The 1995 Impala had the LT1 motor. I beat it. Me and the Maxima were head up until about 130mph. The fourth gear in that caris a beast. I will challenge anyone who says otherwise. I even let my boy who has a Lexus ES400 drive my car. He punched it aswell. He was outdone when the car kept going after 145mph into the 150'*.... I just smiled hard and had this stupid over joyed and proud grin on my face. He did not believe me when I said that the car was fast. I have not taken it up that high ina while. I did not go faster than 153mph the last time because I got scared about going tojail since I was the lead car. My paranoia set in.

You probably should watch talking about street racing or other related illegal activites on this site. The moderators of this site tend to frown upon (and rightfully so) people boasting about things like that.
