Default Steering clicking while stopped

If I turn the wheel from side to side, I hear a clicking noise from the right front side. I can hear it when the car is sitting still, just turning the wheel with the engine at idle.

?

sounds like it could be the intermediate shaft

Anything I can do to further diagnose it?

I'll probably go ahead and remove and grease it, but I'm not sure why I hear it from the passenger side

before ya go and do that check out your tie rods on the passenger side. it'* also possible that your steering rack loosened up a bit

Don't just check the tie rods, check out all the ball joints (both sides - noises can be deceptive) and have a look at the strut tops as well.

Yes, the IM shaft clunk is very localized to the steering wheel and you can feel it as well.
