Count me in on one of these when they become available, if these mileage claims are true.
I am very excited to see what these things can do. Very excited.

I spoke with Lyndon (at Westers Garage) today just to get an update on how things are proceeding.
He confirmed that he was able to get with a GXP owner who is with-in 2 hours of them, but because of the weather and the fact the cars have to be clean and dry to go into the dyno, it may be a while before they are able to do the actual testing.
Based on what he said, looks like programming should be ready for spring.
He also confirmed minor changes like speed limiter, tranny shift points, shift firmness, can be done now. It'* the actual engine programming that will not be available until spring.
He also states that due to the nature of this PCM, it is almost required that you send in the PCM from your vehicle for programming. He said that the number of re-learns that must be performed for the installation of a new (new to the vehicle) would make it very hard.
If you need to have a stock PCM, it'* suggested that you get a second (stock) PCM, install it and get all the relearns done. Once completed, send the extra in for modification.
Thanks,
Ken

I came across them when I was looking for programming for my last vehicle.
When I found the complete and total lack of support for the PCM in the GXP, I started calling all of the tuner programmers I could find.
Westers is the ONLY one I found who was making any effort to provide tuning support for the GXP.

meh.... if you care about mileage.. then dont buy a V8
honestly.. i dont care about the extra 20 or 30 hp from the tune... as Venom said, after unlocking the PCM.. you're free to do anything you want.. custom turbo or */C install... damn that would be sick!!!
i just called right now.. and im ready to take my car there for testing... i live in alberta but yet Tilley is almost 950km away from me, not a problem.. im down for the drive.... but they wanna keep it for a week :( and thats whats stopping me now.... a week in Tilley, without a car? mhmmm
