First GXP Dyno Numbers
Totally stock - 1,300 miles on the odometer:
202.1 WHP (252.6 crank horsepower) @ 5,700 RPM (8% less than advertised)
216.3 WTQ (270.4 crank torque) @ 4,200 RPM (10% less than advertised)
The V8 sure does SOUND good on the dyno though...

Dyno
Does the Northstar develop more power after a break-in period?
I know the LS1 has a reputation for developing significantly more power as miles increase - mine continues to feel faster even though I got it at 30K miles.
Do we know if the 4T80 has higher drive train lost, than 4T65 - especially with 3.73 FDR?
Does any one have Dyno'* from a similar caddy?
What is the PCM like?
I know the SSEi and new GTP PCMs are extremely restrictive - but that appears to be due to torque limits of transmission. The 4T80 is supposedly good for 300 ft/lbs and the 4.6 is more a high power than high torque engine.
So, when will see PCMs?
I have heard that this engine/transcombo is capable of much higher rpms - although this version of the Northstar may not generate enough torque beyond stock shitpoints to yield more power.
I say heads/cam from the caddy hot rod fabricators - or better yet a custom instense grind and valve/port job
How about developing a turbo or MP112 kit?
Would love these to work with new Northstar VVT too. I am probably replacing my SSEi with an SRX V8 later this summer or early fall.

Question: Was forced air used to simulate car movement? If not, your #'* are less than what they should be.

Scott, I didn't check the math but when I had my Aurora, few members dyno'ed them and couple of STS'* too and we came to the conclusion that the 4T80e trans has a 24% loss, just FWI.
Here where my #'*
Baseline---------190.0HP---196.7TQ
+Intake ----------198.3HP---202.9TQ
+80mm TB-------206.7HP---214.0TQ
At the crank 271.9HP 282.8TQ
