Explain this pic for me please
GXP rear end. The two silver washers with notches don't seem to be bolted in the correct place. Look at the two indentations below the washers, they are perfect circles for the washers to rest in. It looks like the washers are high and out of their seats. Is this an adjustment point for rear end alignment. The cross braces that bolt to this center bracket go to each hub assembly.
Can someone explain this setup to me, and is it in order.

I forgot to resize the images and they are so big I left them as a link.

These pictures are correct, this is done by design. This allows for rear toe adjustment. Toe is a measurement of how much the front and/or rear wheels are turned in or out from a straight-ahead position. When the wheels are turned in, toe is positive (+). When the wheels are turned out, toe is negative (-). The actual amount of toe is normally only a fraction of a degree. The purpose of toe is to ensure that the wheels roll parallel. By loosening the nut, the bolt can be rotated. Since this is set-up on an off-centre cam, as it is rotated the cam will move the adjustment link in an inward or outward direction. As the adjustment link moves outward, the wheel will start to turn inward (positive toe). If the adjustment is made such that the control link moves inward, the wheel will turn outwards (negative toe). Each wheel is adjusted independantly.

Get your money back on that box. Take documentation from the web on his problems.
Or at least make them rust treat/undercoat your car in compensation.
Back on topic.

anode protection works, I have it on my inboard/outboard stock, and it'* code in some areas now for mobile homes and gas lines) But,..... it needs a ground to work and a sacrificial piece of non ferrous metal.
Mine is getting quite rusty for a year and some months on the road as well.
I am wearing my tires a little to the inside at the height i keep my airbags in the rear. I wonder if tampering with these bolts would help?

Ummmm , Apparently You dont know about my car . It is unalignable other than the tie-rods. I have torn out the stock suspension out and replaced it with air bags and air struts front and back. One of a kind. Alignment shops wont touch it. It goes from body on the tires to almost 2 feet off the ground. When the car goes down, the tires toe out and when the car goes up the tires toe in. I ride low to the ground so the toe is in a little in the rear but seems pretty good in the front. Think I will mess with those bolts.
