Is that talking about the flickering during startup? my right headlight HID flickers like at night and when i get into the car to start it up (the headlights come one auto) so while the car is starting the right HID bulb is flickering untill the car starts up completely... So if so guess i need to get one of these

Yes, but mine would not light up completely at all. The ballast would screech. I switched sides on the ballasts and the same side did it again. Must be something with the voltage draw during startup. This relay wires directly to the positive terminal of the power block and has a fuse inline. Once I did that, they have worked flawlessly for six months.

No the ballast wasn't bad. Insufficient voltage. Works great now!
